Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier or as otherwise required by applicable law. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Leaky Bottle Yacht Club LLC accepts eligible return requests made within 14 days of delivery. To request a return, refund, or exchange, customers must contact support@leakybottle.club within 14 days after the order is delivered and provide the order number and any reasonably requested supporting information, which may include photographs of the item and packaging.
Returns, refunds, or exchanges may be available if the customer receives a damaged item, the wrong item, or an item with a material defect. Items may be refused if they have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery, and except where required by law, change-of-mind returns and ordinary wear and tear are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
If a return or refund request is approved, Leaky Bottle Yacht Club LLC may offer, in its discretion and as permitted by law, a replacement, store credit, or a refund to the original payment method. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
