Shipping policy

All Leaky Bottle Yacht Club // Ship’s Store products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand production partners. Most orders are produced and handed off to the carrier within 2–7 business days after you place your order.

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• Domestic (USA): approximately 2–5 business days, depending on destination and product type.

• International: typically 5–15 business days, depending on destination and local postal services.
  These timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods, holidays, or due to carrier delays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product, quantity, destination, and selected shipping method, and are derived from our fulfillment partners’ current rates. The final shipping charge will be shown before you complete your purchase.

We currently ship to United States, and hope to start shipping internationally. Certain products may not be available in all locations due to our providers’ restrictions.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices. Any delays caused by customs are outside our control.

If your order appears lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@leakybottle.club within [7] days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and (for damage) clear photos of the issue. We’ll work with our production partners to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address provided. In cases where a package is returned to sender, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply) or another resolution per our policy.
